We have a special interest in the health and well-being of our community's children and families. The clinic participates in no-cost programs so that pediatric preventive care, family planning, and immigration physicals are available to anyone who qualifies — regardless of insurance status.
Free programs we offer

Child Health (CHDP)
Free comprehensive preventive health screenings for eligible children — health history, physical examination, immunizations, vision and hearing tests, dental and nutritional assessment, anemia and lead screening, tuberculin testing, and developmental assessment.
Family Planning (PACT)
California's innovative approach to comprehensive family planning. FREE complete physical exam for men and women of childbearing age, laboratory tests, infertility studies, all contraceptive methods, and sterilization for Family PACT–eligible patients.
Immigration Physicals
USCIS-required medical examinations performed on-site by our certified civil surgeons — Form I-693 and Form N-648 completed during your visit. Dr. Ruben Ruiz is a USCIS Designated Civil Surgeon.
